Please book in advance to avoid disappointment. A credit card deposit of approximately 30% of the treatment booked will be required to secure your booking. Appointments are not guaranteed without a deposit.
As an alternative to selecting a specific treatment, we encourage you to seek a treatment allocation and allow your therapist to tailor your treatment to your specific needs on the day.
Please arrive prior to the time of your appointment to allow your therapist to properly prepare you for your treatment. Please understand that late arrival may result in a reduction of treatment time.
When booking please advise us of any allergies, ailments or disabilities you may have so we can best accommodate your needs. Notification of medical conditions such as high/low blood pressure, heart complications, pregnancy, recent surgery etc is also recommended so we can assist in the appropriate choice of treatment.
Our spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquillity, therefore, we ask that all mobile phones be turned off during your time in the spa. Out of respect for other clients and also for safety, children are not permitted in the spa at any time.
Due to staffing and booking demands we require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule treatments. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or failure to keep an appointment, will result in a forfeit of the deposit. Voucher bookings will be made void.
